When it was time to find a care home for Mum, I knew Overseal was the right place. It has a wonderful reputation in the local community for being a warm and friendly care home that provides excellent standards of care. Mum had many friends at Overseal already so she settled in well and enjoys her life every day. She particularly enjoys the full range of daily activities and involvement with the local community.
The team at Overseal have been absolutely wonderful. My Dad is a new person. The staff have encouraged him to walk and join in activities and he now leads a more independent life than he did before.
My siblings and I visited numerous care homes in the area but there was no doubt that Overseal was the right place for Mum. We knew she would feel comfortable there due to the homely layout and décor. We were also very impressed by the fact that the home was always odour free. Mum visited for the day before we all made a final decision and she particularly enjoyed the home cooked meal. We know she is in good hands.
